WooCommerce Custom Development

Homeys tasked us with finding a way to improve order handling during their peak season in the winter. Homeys needed to be able to create unique flags to represent the progress of an order in the warehouse, from labelling to pickup and delivery.

Our WooCommerce developers finished a simple development project to introduce custom statuses to WooCommerce, improving warehouse visibility, reducing administrative errors, and increasing productivity.

Email Marketing & Sending

In 2022 Homeys launched their new email marketing campaigns with us, a series of spring and summer campaigns to showcase the best of Homeys - and prove they’re not just a winter shoe!

Full design, A/B testing and sending are included for Homeys, and they’re currently seeing £18 return on investment for every £1 spent.

Automated Email Marketing

In 2022 we launched a series of automated marketing campaigns to keep Homeys’ customers engaged, and to encourage repeat purchase through loyalty bonuses. Our automated email marketing included:

  • Setting up 5 email campaigns to send over 12 months to customers

  • Automated marketing to encourage a positive product review

  • Customer loyalty bonuses at 6 months and 12 months to encourage repeat purchase and recommendation to a friend
