We helped Al’s Skate Shop onboard with reviews platform Trustpilot, performing integration with Shopify with custom email templates to capture reviews.
With over 3,000 products it was impossible for customers to navigate through the complex navigation and lack of filters. We performed a full rebuild of the navigation and introduced new filters for sizes, colours, fits, styles and more. This change required a huge shift to change the way products were added and administered. Bounce rates have been halved, resulting in visitors seeing the right products.
